ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) If you enjoy looking at Minnesota's fall colors, this weekend would be prime time for viewing.

The DNR's Patricia Arndt says the northern half of MInnesota is "at peak", and with wind and rain in the forecast, the colors could disappear quickly.

Arndt says the DNR's "picks of the week" for fall color viewing are Gooseberry Falls State Park, Lake Bemidji State Park and Sibley State Park.

Arndt says fall colors are at peak, and this weekend will provide prime viewing opportunities

Arndt says with high winds in the forecast, the colors could disappear rather quickly
