ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud Regional Airport will soon release the results of a new economic impact study.
Airport director Bill Towle says past studies have shown the airport's annual economic impact in the $14 to $18 million range. This latest study shows it's up to $20 million--not including air service.
Towle says the airport gets about $475,000 a year in tax revenue to operate the airport, so a $20 million economic impact is, "a pretty good bang for your buck, and we want to make sure the public knows about that."
