FOLEY, Minn. (KNSI) Two men have been arrested and face charges for stealing copper wire at a gravel pit.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office says 37 year-old Billy Quirk of Sauk Rapids and 25 year-old Nicholas Dougherty of St. Cloud are suspected of stealing wire from the gravel pit at 5801 Highway 95 Northeast in Sauk Rapids. 

They're charged with theft, and were being held inthe Benton County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Sauk Rapids police assisted the Benton County SHeriff's Office in the investigation.
