BUFFALO, Minn. (KNSI) Authorities have released the names of those injured when an SUV and an ambulance collided head-on in Wright County early Saturday morning.

It happened on County Road 35 East in Buffalo Township. The westbound Allina Ambulance was driven by 43 year-old Timothy Daly of Albertville. It collided head-on with the eastbound SUV driven by 51 year-old Marilyn Paumen of Monticello.

Daly and fellow paramedic--30 year-old Brian Nagel of Greenwood--were taken to Allina Hospital in Buffalo. Nagel was later transferred to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale. Paumen was taken directly to North Mermorial.

A patient was in the ambulance at the time of the crash but was not injured in the accident. The patient continued on to Allina Hospital in Buffalo in a different ambulance.
