ALBANY, Minn. (KNSI) Slushy roads are to blame for a rollover accident that sent an Albany man to the hospital Thursday.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says 32 year-old Ryan Riggs was southbound on County Road 10 in Albany Township when he hit a patch of slush and rolled the vehicle several times.

Riggs was taken to the hospital in Albany and then transferred to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Riggs was alone in the vehicle.
