SARTELL, Minn. (KNSI) Sarah Jane Nicoll is the new mayor of Sartell. She ran unopposed in Tuesday's election. Nicoll is a former city councilmember. She replaces Joe Perske, who chose to run for the 6th District congressional seat. He lost that race to Tom Emmer yesterday. Read More...
