PELICAN RAPIDS, Minn. (AP) - A 30-year-old man is in custody in the death of an infant in Otter Tail County.
Police say officers got a call late Friday on a report of a child not breathing. A responding officer began CPR. The child was taken to a local hospital then transferred to a hospital in Fargo, N.D. Investigators say the child had suffered serious injuries and died the following day.
The Otter Tail County Attorney's Office says the man in custody could make an initial appearance in court tomorrow.
