Wind Chill Advisory Issued

(KNSI) - Those few days of highs around 40 in the St. Cloud area are a distant memory now.
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory from 9 p.m. Thursday to 10 a.m. Friday.
Forecasters say wind chills will fall to 20 to 30 degrees below zero at times.
Frostbite can begin in as little as 30 minutes in conditions that cold.
The low Thursday night will be around 12 below, with a wind chill of -26.
Friday will be sunny and 2, with a wind chill of -27 at times.
Friday night will be -16, with a wind chill of -28.
