(KNSI) - A man wanted for an alleged drive by shooting in Sartell has been arrested out of state.

According to the Sartell Police Department, 47-year-old Gregory Alexis Parker was arrested in Olive Branch, Mississippi, around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

On April 11th, Parker allegedly drove up alongside a car on Highway 15 near County Road 120 and fired a bullet into the vehicle.

The bullet hit the door. The other driver was not hurt, but did call 911 to report the incident.

The caller said the suspect vehicle was a black Mazda 5 hatchback with Minnesota license plate BDH-158.

Investigators say Parker was seen driving the car by the Desoto County Sheriff’s Department near the Tennessee/Mississippi state line.

Several deputies made a high-risk traffic stop and Parker was arrested.

He is currently in custody at the Desoto County Jail as a fugitive from justice.
