(KNSI) - Two new quickClinics are open in Corborn's stores in Sartell and Sauk Centre.
CentraCare Health and Coborn's say quickClinics provide greater access to health care for people living across Central Minnesota with convenient and low-cost care options within grocery stores.
Both clinics are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily including most holidays.
The new quickClinic in Sartell is considered a “virtual” location, with an RN on-site to help patients navigate a video visit with a provider located off-site.
The new clinic in Sauk Centre has a health care provider onsite, like the existing clinics in Waite Park and Foley.
“We’re continually looking for innovative ways to help our guests take charge of their personal well-being,” said Chris Coborn, Chairman, President & CEO of Coborn’s, Inc. “quickClinics provide our guests with a convenient, quality health care option right in the grocery store. Through our partnership with CentraCare Health, we are excited to bring this unique service to two more communities.
The quickClinic offers treatment for common health care concerns including illnesses, skin conditions, minor injuries and a wide range of vaccinations, wellness screenings and physicals.
The clinics are the third and fourth locations to open.
The first quickClinic opened in Waite Park at Cash Wise in November 2017 followed by the Coborn’s store in Foley in January 2018.
