Man Guilty Of Armed Robberies

(KNSI) - A St. Cloud man has been convicted of a series of armed robberies and assaulting his girlfriend when she tried to interfere.
Trevor James Rassier (above) pleaded guilty of three counts of 1st degree aggravated robbery and a charge of domestic assault.
The 19-year-old will be sentenced to six years in prison on June 22nd.
Three other counts of 1st degree aggravated robbery and four counts of attempted aggravated robbery will be dismissed at sentencing.
On October 20th, police responded to four separate robberies involving 10 victims in the South Side University Neighborhood from 2:18 a.m. to 6:57 a.m.
The robberies took place on 7th Avenue at 6th Street South, the 900 block of 8th Avenue South, the 900 block of 5th Avenue South and 5th Avenue at 4th Street South.
Police say Rassier and two others used a handgun and a knife to rob people.
The victims had cell phones, wallets and purses taken. None of the victims were injured.
One of the victims was a friend of Rassier's girlfriend. When the girlfriend tried to stop the robbery, he pushed her to the ground.
Two others charged in the case, 19-year-old Charles Vincent Warzburger (below) and a boy who was 17 at the time, have their cases working their way through the courts.
