Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Girl

(KNSI) - A man with a history of sexual abuse is accused of sexually assaulting a girl in Stearns County.
According to the criminal complaint 46-year-old Shannon Keith Hauser of Graceville forced a girl to have sexual contact with him up to three times a day starting when she was 10-years-old.
The victim says she was sexually abused while she lived with Hauser and a woman in St. Cloud from October 2011 to September 2013.
The girl, now 16, says the abuse continued in September of 2013 while the three lived in a motel in Sauk Centre for a month.
The girl says the abuse was still happening when the three moved to Melrose in the fall of 2013 and continued until May 9th of 2014.
The three then moved to Big Stone County where the investigation started on July 17th.
Hauser is charged in Stearns County District court with three counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.
He is also facing three counts of 1st degree criminal sexual and two counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct in Big Stone County.
He is being held in Big Stone County on $300,000 bond.
According to court records Hauser admitted to sexually abusing the girl.
A summons has been issued for him to appear in Stearns County on January 8th.
Hauser was convicted of 5th degree criminal sexual conduct in 1998 in Kandiyohi County.
He was sentenced to four years and three months in prison for distributing child pornography in Nobles County in 2008.
He's required to register as a predatory offender until 2021
Police say a woman, identified as N.J.H, admitted to participating in the abuse.
She hasn’t been charged.
