(KNSI) – It’s your last chance to vote for your favorite name for a new intermediate school in the Sartell-St. Stephen School District.
Officials started asking for the public's help in naming the new school about two weeks ago.
Voting is done at the end of the day on Friday, May 24th.
The school will house grades three through five and will be located in the old Sartell Middle School building.
Students and staff worked to submit around 75 names to consider before coming up with the final three: Mississippi Mills, Riverview and Watab River Intermediate School.
The names were chosen based on geography, environment and community history.
Paper ballots can be found in each school office or the District Service Center.
You can also vote at the district website by clicking, here.
The new school will open for the 2020-2021 school year.
