(KNSI) — A man is dead after a crash near Princeton Saturday afternoon.

The crash happened on the off-ramp to Rum River Drive from Highway 169 in Baldwin Township. Timothy Wayne Keller of Cambridge was driving a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country minivan south when he took the exit and lost control, left the road, went across Rum River Drive and hit a Ford Expedition on the passenger side. The minivan then careened across the median and ran into a dump trailer being pulled by an F-250. Keller was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the F-250 had no injuries. A 38-year-old woman with an 11-year-old passenger was driving the Ford Expedition. Both were taken to Fairview Northland Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
