(KNSI) – Stearns County will be sealcoating several streets in the St. Cloud area beginning next Wednesday.

It includes the busy stretch of County Road 120 on the border of St. Cloud and Sartell, including the intersection with Pine Cone Road. A full list is below.

– County Road 4 & 120 roundabout

– County Road 120 east of County Road 4 to west of County Road 134

– County Road 134 from the Sauk River to County Road 120

– County Road 133 from 15th Avenue in St. Joseph to 19th Avenue in Sartell

– County Road 137 from County Road 6 to south of Highway 23

Sealcoating projects will cause intermittent lane closures. Drivers should slow down in the work zones and find an alternate route if possible. Loose rock will be across the road and will be kicked up, potentially damaging windshields.

Benton County will be doing a milling and overlay project on 105th Avenue Northeast/County Road 62 starting May 30th. It won’t be finished until July as paving is delayed for three weeks while the gravel base settles.

Culverts will be replaced first, resulting in occasional road closures. The pavement will be tore up on June 26th, and finally redone about three weeks later. While the gravel settles, it will be closed to through traffic.
