Monster Dashers Off To The Races In Sartell Saturday

(KNSI) – Costumes aren’t just allowed, they’re encouraged at the Sartell Monster Dash Saturday morning.

There are two races, a 5K and 1K, where participants can walk or run the course. Awards for the top overall finishers, plus prizes for best costume will be handed out afterward.

Stick around for free trick-or-treating at Lake Francis Park. Several area businesses will be handing out goodies until noon.

People are encouraged to show up as early as 7:45 at the Sartell Community Center. Registration for the race costs $20 for an individual or $50 for a family of up to four people. Same-day registration is accepted but the deadline for a free t-shirt and other items has already passed.
