Certified course starts and finishes at West Bridge Park at the intersection of River Street and Highway 25 near downtown Monticello. It is a flat, fast, out and back course. Refreshments provided after the race.

No registration required. Meet at West Bridge Park behind the 5K finish area by 9:10 am and announcements will be made for each Kids Run at that point. Toddler Trot is approximately 250 Meters and Kids Run is approximately 700 Meters. You decide which run is most appropriate for your child. No age categories or official results/awards. Join us for the 2019 River Lake Days 10K, 5K Run/Walk, 1K Fun Run through the city of Richmond and Glacier Lakes Trail. All races start and end at the River Lake Civic Arena in Richmond, MN. The 10K and 5K course winds through the City of Richmond with the second half of the 10K consisting of both County Rd and Glacier Lakes Trail. Course distances confirmed with wheel.
10K at 8:00am
*5K at 8:10
* Kids 1K at 9:15 or following the 10K/5K finish
* Awards immediately following finish of 1K run
*After our event, head to the church grounds for other family fun events and food at River Lake Days!
Overall Men's and Women's finisher for the 10K and 5K will receive gift card award. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers will receive new logo medals/ race swag . Categories broken down into Women's and Men's with updated age categories every 5 years as posted below. All 1K participants earn a finisher medal.
AGE CATEGORIES: Women's/ Men's-12 and under, 13-17, 18-22, 23-27, 28-32, 33-37, 38-42, 43-47, 48-52, 53-57, 58-62, and 63 and up.
Entry fee includes our RLDR Tri-Blend Athletic cut T-shirt in your choice of Men's , Women's, and Youth options. Please note, we will offer Race shirts in Women's/Men's and Youth options up until 7/7/19, 11:59 CST. A limited number of shirts will be available for those who register after 7/7/19 and will be filled by a first come first serve basis according to time of registration. Only Men's and Youth sizing will be available for those after 7/7/18. Online registration closes

The Red River Run is one of Minnesota's oldest running events. The run is the second oldest run behind Grandma's Marathon. The Red River Run originated in 1979 by the city of Cold Spring as part of their city celebrations. It has since been passed along to the Rocori Booster Club.
