Police pursuit in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police arrested a woman this morning following a pursuit.

It began just after 2 am in the 2600 block of Sherburne County Road 8. Officers attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 47 year-old Deborah Leary, but she fled.

Officers chased her and took her into custody after she crashed into a fire hydrant.

Leary was booked into the Sherburne County Jail on charges of felony fleeing in a motor vehicle, giving false information to a police officer and driving after revocation. She also had two warrants out for her arrest.
